Our “Back of the Envelope” Story

JobsFreeForAll.com was the brainchild of Kerry Kopp and Mark Dawson.

While reviewing a renewal contract from one of the large national job boards, they lamented the price of even a single job posting. They recognized that, because of the high cost, few companies posted jobs, and those that did listed only a fraction of their true employment needs. Even when companies advertised their openings, they were mainly targeting difficult-to-fill high paying positions. Most weren't listing their entry level opportunities at all.

Kerry and Mark realized there were unmet needs in the market.
